Managing Director

Albert Sardinas

As a member of the management team of FMS Global Strategies, LLC.; Albert is responsible for the day to day operations of the Florida Office. His legislative experience began in 2008 when he worked as a Government Relations Consultant for Paula Sardinas at Fillmore-Riche Convergent Technologies, handling social media for Women for Obama. In 2012, Albert was chosen to be a Fellow for Obama for America.

 

As the Managing Director, Albert cultivates relationships between his clients and the Legislative and Executive branch. He is primarily responsible for the development of legislative tactics and strategies on state and local issues. Albert serves as a SME for Construction, Procurement, and Emergency Preparedness issues.

 

Albert studied bio-medical Engineering at Florida International University and received his Bachelor's degree in Business Managment from Columbia College and an Associates in Computer Information Science.

Paula Sardinas, DPL

 

Paula leads and implements the development of legislative tactics and strategies on federal, state and local issues which affect the company. In her role, she works with a team of consultants to craft sound legislative policy. 2013 Board Member FAPL (Florida Association of Professional Lobbyist).

 

Paula serves as a SME on wireless Cramming. She is responsible for safeguarding wireless from onerous regulation. As a member of the National State Privacy and Security Coalition, she tackles such issues as Cyber Bullying, SOPA, Internet Piracy, Data Retention, Internet Gambling, and Anti-Bullying (NetChoice). In 2011, she developed Project-YBALE (Youth for Broadband Awareness & Literacy) on behalf of AT&T. The program has been presented throughout FL and Puerto Rico receiving both print and TV media coverage including a segment on FOX News. The program discusses the values of mobile broadband, but also includes situational awareness, cyber-bullying, and AT&T's no-texting while driving pledge.

 

Paula earned her Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Columbia College of Missouri.
